We do not control delivery guarantees of telecom operators, Meta platforms, or network providers.
Eligibility

User Responsibilities
You agree:

Payment & Billing Terms
All services are prepaid unless agreed otherwise. Pricing is subject to change. Non-payment may result in suspension without notice.
Subscription Renewal & Termination
Subscriptions renew as per plan terms. Vijaylaxmi Mobiles and Electronics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
Use of WhatsApp and RCS services is subject to Meta and telecom operator policies. Template approvals, messaging limits, and content restrictions apply.
We are not liable for rejection of templates, message failures, or account restrictions imposed by Meta or telecom providers.
Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Message delivery depends on external platforms. Users must maintain compliance with opt-in requirements and content rules.
Intellectual Property Rights
All platform materials, software, and branding belong to Vijaylaxmi Mobiles and Electronics. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, customer, and operational data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
